Always Wash Your Face Before Bedtime

Always Wash Your Face Before Bedtime

1.Practice the Basics of Good Skin Care

If you really want to keep your skin looking younger, start with the most important things:

  • Avoid the sun.
  • Wear a wide sunscreen.
  • Wear sunscreen (long sleeves and trousers).
  • Do not smoke.
  • Use a moisturizer.

2.Lie on your back

If you sleep in certain areas every night, it leads to "sleep lines" - wrinkles that are concentrated on the upper layers of the skin and do not dry out when you wake up. Sleeping on the side leads to wrinkles on the cheeks and chin, while lying on the floor gives you a stiff forehead.

3.Eat More Salmon

Salmon (along with other cold-water fish) is a great source of protein, one of the main building blocks of the skin. It also contains a lot of omega-3 fatty acids. Experts say that essential fatty acids nourish the skin and keep it full and fresh, and this can help reduce wrinkles.

4.Do Not Blow - Get Reading Glasses!

Any frequent facial expressions (such as teasing) overwork the facial muscles and create cracks under the skin. Eventually the canals become wrinkled. So keep those eyes open: Wear study glasses if you need them. Also find out about sunglasses. They can protect the skin around the eyes from sun damage and prevent you from blinking.

5.Slather On Alpha-Hydroxy Acids (AHAs)

These natural acids remove the top layer of dead skin cells. That helps reduce the appearance of bumps, fine lines, and wrinkles, especially near the eyes. Strong types of AHAs can help increase collagen production in your skin. That is a protein that gives your skin strength and firmness. Using AHAs can make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so wear sunscreen every day.

6.Do Not Wash Your Face Extremely

Tap water removes moisture from the skin and natural oils protect against wrinkles. If you wash your face often, you wash their protection. Use a mild soap, or a gel or cream cleanser instead.

7.Wear Your Vitamin C

Some studies have found that creams with vitamin C can increase the amount of collagen produced by your skin. Vitamin C, protects against UVA and UVB radiation damage, and helps reduce redness, dark spots and uneven skin color. You should use a skin product that has the right type of vitamin C, however. L-ascorbic acid may be the best way to reduce wrinkles. You may also see a vitamin C supplement listed as ascorbyl palmitate.

8.Soy Care Skin

Soy may improve the appearance of your skin and protect it, too. Studies suggest that soy used in the skin or taken as a supplement (not as a food) can help prevent or heal some sun damage. It can help with the formation and firmness of your skin, even removing skin tone.

9.Trade Coffee for Cocoa

Try a delicious drink that reduces wrinkles. Other studies show that cocoa with high levels of two antioxidants (epicatechin and catechin) protects the skin from sun damage, improves blood flow to skin cells, retains moisture inside, and makes the skin look and feel smooth.
